PRODUCTION

I believe that the magic of recorded music is people playing together.

I like to tread the line of live recording with all the support of the studio behind it. I like large set ups for rhythm and bed tracks, everyone playing at once. I work in places that allow me to sonically isolate the delicate parts of the ensemble while keeping performers connected to the each other's performance. Music is fun, making records is a beautiful experience, especially with people who know the ropes.

Mixing

I like mixing the projects I produce. I usually have something specific in mind while tracking that I want to shine in the final mix.
